She scheduled all the homes we wanted to see on a weekend so it didn’t interfere with our work schedule, in an order that made sense so we weren’t back tracking. She asks open ended questions while looking at the homes so she didn’t lead us in any direction to make a decision. Any question we had she was able to answer and explain why things had to happen a certain way and in the order they did. She took time after typical work hours to work with us on all the repairs we asked the seller to correct. She did an excellent job ensuring that our old home closed the day before our new home did so we didn’t have to find intermittent housing and even got us a 2 day extension so we weren’t rushing! I hate moving and hope I never have to move again but I would never sell my home without Janice. I know our move wouldn’t have gone as smooth with out her!

Krystn was instrumental in helping us with our home purchase as well as sale of our then home. She was very patient as we looked for our perfect home. She had many listings and really got to know the type of home we were looking for. Krystn has a keen sense of the valley having lived her for most of her life. This gives her a distinct advantage over other agents. Another bonus is that krystn has a great sense of design and what minor or major changes could be made to a home to fit your taste. Her knowledge base regarding contracting and rights of both seller and buyer are superb. She was always available. I am very detail oriented and so is Krystn…I never felt like she was not on top of her game. Very timeline oriented once the ball is rolling and great at negotiating. We actually had some issues with the seller removing items from the home that should have conveyed with the sale. She was relentless in rectifying the situation which was resolved at the seller returned the items. Krystn also helped my mother sell her home in central Phoenix and she would echo the same sentiments.
